Our Trainings
We have decided to focus on trades that allow you to get a job very quickly at the end of the training and facilitate future prospects. Thus, our center has developed programs for the following trades:
Butler
Like a shadow, they slip in everywhere, follow the employers in their obligations and make sure that everything goes well around them. Discreetly, they solve every problem without making a sound. Always ready to act, in all areas, the butler is the essential ally in ensuring order in the home, delegating and facilitating daily life.
Housekeeper
Every task, every detail, every staff member, every assignment must be tuned like instruments to achieve perfect harmony. The housekeeper must be able to be on all fronts, managing several obligations at the same time, while planning the next steps.
Home help
A valuable contribution, a home help makes people feel at home. Thanks to their efforts, the whole house shines, smells nice and breathes “joie de vivre”, joy of life. Loyal and precise, they make sure that everything is done properly.
Matron
The matrons or traditional midwives are those who deliver life out of the wombs of the mothers, who give life. Ancestrally called “cord cutters” in rural areas, they are of vital importance in ensuring the conditions of childbirth and the health of both the mother and the new-born.
Nurse

Home-Care Nurse
Cook
A true artist, the cook is the orchestra conductor behind the stove. From purchasing food to serving and tasting, they ensure the quality, taste and aesthetics of their work.
Butcher
Craftsmen, bearers of heritage and ancestral techniques, precious in the culinary arts, butchers need to be precise and think about how to satisfy the palate of their customers as much as possible.
Security guard
The security guard supervises access to the property, identifies potential dangers and anticipates future disturbances. Rather prevent than cure, rather act than endure. But always with a view to preserving the integrity of each person and respecting rights and a code of ethics.

This idea was born in order to help unqualified people train themselves, improve, and flourish individually and collectively, hence “Growa” for the growth, rise. This training project is embodied in a center that respects its environment, with expertise in several areas necessary for the regeneration of activity.
OUR OBJECTIVE
We aim to train people for whom there are few opportunities to develop and emancipate, who feel disadvantaged and do not know how to exploit their potential. By starting from scratch, like the seeds we want to plant, irrigate, germinate and hatch, and then grow them as people, citizens and employees.
Our PROCESS
GROWA Center is a center for development where no detail will be left to chance. The key is to go in-depth, to not let yourself get satisfied by the superficial and to always try to improve, to always rise higher.
By an expert
Each training will be given by at least one qualified expert in the field in question. When you talk about a career, you’re also talking about a rich and varied experience, but above all, about lots of knowledge to transmit.
Immediately ready
Between the more theoretical and practical lessons and then the real immersion in the trade, the apprentices tackle all the components of their future profession. The goal is that by the end of the training, they should all be immediately ready to start their work, autonomous and focused…
